Bonus Terms Explained in Plain English
Casino bonuses sound exciting until you hit a confusing term you have never seen before. Here is 8777cb's plain-English glossary of the most common bonus conditions — so you always know exactly what you are agreeing to before claiming any offer.
Wagering Requirement (Rollover)
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before the money is withdrawable. The higher the multiplier, the harder to clear.
Example: Receive PKR 2,000 bonus with 15x rollover → You must bet a total of PKR 30,000 across eligible games before cashing out bonus winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When playing with an active bonus, casinos cap how much you can stake per round. Typical cap is PKR 250–500 per spin or bet. Placing larger bets while a bonus is active can void the bonus entirely — read this rule carefully.
Example: Bonus active → max bet PKR 300 per spin on slots. Betting PKR 1,000 on a single spin violates the terms.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% — every PKR bet on slots counts fully. Table games like Baccarat or Blackjack usually contribute only 10%–20%, meaning PKR 1,000 bet at the Blackjack table may count as only PKR 100–200 toward rollover.
Example: PKR 500 on slots = PKR 500 counted. PKR 500 on Roulette (10% contribution) = PKR 50 counted.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry window. Common windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of claiming. If you do not clear the rollover requirement within this period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are removed from your account automatically.
Example: Claim bonus on 1st of the month with 14-day expiry → all wagering must complete by the 15th or the bonus is forfeited.
Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses
Sticky bonuses remain in your account permanently as a wagering-only balance — you can never withdraw the bonus amount itself, only the winnings it generates. Non-sticky bonuses are removed once rollover is met, but the cash winnings remain yours. Non-sticky is generally more player-friendly.
Example: PKR 1,000 sticky bonus → you clear rollover, win PKR 3,000 → you withdraw PKR 3,000 but not the original PKR 1,000 bonus.
Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus
Even after completing rollover, some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A PKR 5,000 max cashout means regardless of how much you win using the bonus, you can only withdraw a maximum of PKR 5,000 of those winnings.
Example: Win PKR 20,000 from a PKR 1,500 bonus with PKR 5,000 max cashout → you receive only PKR 5,000 from those winnings.
Bonus Code
A promo code that must be entered during deposit or registration to activate a specific offer. If you forget to enter it, the bonus typically cannot be added retroactively. Always note the code before starting your deposit.
