Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 8777cb platform, by depositing funds, by placing any bet or wager, or by accessing or using any part of the 8777cb Services, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Account Security

Sports Betting Rules

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Termination

8777cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10.
• Account activity indicative of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Repeated failed KYC verification without satisfactory explanation.
• At the Player's own written request for account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 8777cb reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, and accrued bonus or loyalty points. Where termination is not attributable to Player breach, any legitimate verified balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method following completion of identity verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction under which 8777cb holds its operating authorisation.
